We are very thankful to have such a wonderful team here at Friendship Trap. Our employees are not new to the production of custom lobster traps; they have seen it all, their veterans. a lot of our production workers have been with us between 10 and 20 years. Our key management people have 20-30 years experience each. we probably are approaching a total of 150 years experience here. I don't take this kind of experience for granted. I can remember the old days, training people on the production line. The majority of my responsibility was training with close follow-up in order to get the order correct. There's not a college course to teach what we do here at Friendship Trap, like there is in other professional fields. When we hire someone new, we have to be prepared to fully train these people, once their trained they may like it or may decide to move on as it's not for them; we then start all over again. So, i appreciate the FTC Team!
Mike - Co-Owner/President
As President not only did Mike bring his Financial organizational skills to Friendship Trap, but his overall knowledge of the fishing industry together with his 30 years in manufacturing, sales and distribution has established the foundation for an exciting and productive working environment. Mike also handles all of our Human Resource Issues.

Jerry - Outside Sales
Jerry is the only full-time trap salesman in the industry. He is on the road every day, going directly to you, our customers, to make sure you are fully satisfied with your orders. Jerry's territory covers: Stonington, ME to Newport, RI, Jerry has been part of the FTC Team since 1995.

Noel - Outside Sales
Noel Robinson is the most recent addition to the FTC Team joining us in July of 2010. Noel brings with him years of experience both as a commercial fisherman and trap builder. Noel's territory covers east of Deer Isle to Millbridge & west of Deer Isle to Boothbay. If you are in that coverage area contact him and let him help you get the best trap for your specific needs!

Mark is responsible for hiring and managing the people that build your traps at our Friendship location.
